One of the greatest experience was going to Lindsay High School, because after all the struggles in elementary I managed to get promoted from elementary and attend Lindsay High School. Before high school, I was very low in English like in reading always getting from 500 to 670 in the SRI and I was never happy with my results. In my 7th grade, my English teacher pushed me to do better in English and become one of the best readers in her class, but even if I tried my best I couldn't get to the level I needed to be. My English teacher always looked after me and came up with the idea of playing for McDermont field house even if I was over the age she got me into the registration. My English teacher payed registration for me to play soccer under one condition which was to pass her class and always try my best. Soccer was my inspiration to passing my English class and always try harder and never give up but not giving up didn't last for long.
I started my 8th grade with on pace English class and with Algebra 1 in my 8th grade which was being ahead and with a probability of getting to high school doing Geometry in freshmen year. I was very happy to learn more about math because is my favorite subject but I knew English was the subject I needed to try the most. I had Algebra 1 the year before and I thought it would be pretty easy to finish it in 8th grade. However, complications started with redoing the year after my learning facilitator insisted to refresh my memory and start all over. I started good in the beginning having to do an explination of every topic in every EOT we had which was a complicated thing to do but I managed to go in with it. Second semester is what gave me problems I would do the explication of every topic in every EOT and she would say they where wrong, later about a month before the end of my 8th grade year I had learned everything from Algebra 1 and yet my learner facilitator didn't agree of giving me the EOT's and I gave up. My LF insisted to do the work threatned me by calling my parents and I told her "I give up you can call my parents and I will sign a contract but I wont do any work any more I want to take the EOT's and you wont let me I know everything and I can prove it." I failed Algebra 1 in 8th grade and had to retake it in my freshmen year and in my English class I managed to grow more than 250 points in SRI and finally got an award for growing the most points in SRI and it was amazing because i finally saw my parents happy for getting an English award.

My freshmen year, I passed all my classes including Algebra 1 and English 9 as well as my following years. Now I am a senior that still reads at a low level but who will continue to grow with a goal in mind for the end of the year. Throughout the years. I had wonderful learner facilitators such as Mrs.Lopez which was one of the greatest LF I had in my sophomore year. Lopez didn't just make us do the work she made us correct out mistakes we had as many times it was needed to be at a level 3 work. Unlike other LF's they don't hand out your work and tell you to fix your mistakes or what you're missing. Mrs. Lopez made me a better student and a better writer, but i still need to improve. Now, I am planing on applying at Reedley Community Collage, Fresno City College and Fresno state University.
